Pricing for membership of an entire complex is based on the total number of units in the complex (whether occupied or unoccupied). As expected the cost increases as the number of units increases, but the cost per individual unit is reduced. In determining the pricing model we kept in mind that a portion of costs are for patrolling the street (meaning: large complexes generate relatively fewer costs per resident), while some of the costs are still associated with services provided to individual members. Note: the cost per unit is provided for reference only. The entire complex must join for these rates to apply. Individual units can join for $20/month.
