Overview
Your membership is a service provided by the Virginia-Highland Security Patrol, inc. This membership is billed in six month increments, however you may cancel your membership at any time. Upon request, we will refund the prorated amount (in months) of your membership.

Refunds
Refunds are processed by volunteers and therefore may take several days to be issued. The refund will be made to the original subscription service (PayPal or Stripe).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email to see if you have a message from Virginia-Highland Security Patrol, then check you payment account (PayPal or Stripe) to see if you have a message.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
